• Be clear and concise. Tell your side of the story, what happened, and why you're innocent. Do not attempt to lie, or exaggerate; decisions are always made when there's been enough evidence provided that it was justifiable. Be as descriptive as possible.
• Do not use excessive profanity, or insults. Doing either do not help your case.
• Be patient. Create an appeal and wait! We'll do our best to get to you within a reasonable time. Some instance may require a specific staff member to take a look, and we'll do our best to make sure it's dealt with accordingly. Excessive bumping will result in a forum infraction.
• Check back regularly. Sometimes the member of staff reviewing the case may have some additional questions for a follow up. The quicker you're able to provide an answer the quicker the case is able to move forward.
